Laguna Beach: The Perfect LOCATION for Family Photos

I haven't photographed a family with this unique dynamic in a long time, if ever! Carla reached out to me a couple of months ago to plan a surprise photoshoot at the beach for her husband and kids. Naturally, I recommended the beautiful Montage Resort in Laguna Beach. Laguna Beach family photoshoots are always special, and Montage is one of my favorite locations.

After a couple of hours of fun, our session came to an end. I don't think I've ever taken so many photos of smiling faces in such a short time! Even the posed photos turned out natural and joyful. Here are some of my favorite images from this session.
