Every session has a rhythm. This is the one I follow most often—from first email to final gallery. No surprises, no hard sell. Just a simple process that keeps things clear and low-pressure the whole way through.
Step 01. Start the Conversation
It starts with a simple inquiry. Fill out my contact form with your details—whether you're planning an Orange County wedding or a relaxed family session. I’ll send you a custom welcome guide with full pricing and what to expect. If we’re a match, we’ll hop on a quick call to vibe check.
Step 02. Secure Your Date
Once you’re ready, I’ll send a digital proposal and contract. A signed agreement and retainer officially lock your date on my calendar. Whether it’s a wedding in Santa Barbara or a portrait session in Irvine, this guarantees I’m yours for the day.
Step03. Planning & Vision
This is where the fun starts. I’ll send a questionnaire to get the full picture—your must-have shots, family dynamics, and aesthetic. I help with timeline planning, location scouting (from Laguna Beach to private estates), and outfit advice so you never feel lost.
Step 04. The Shoot & Delivery
On the day of, I keep things low-stress and fluid. After the shoot, I hand-edit every image for color and mood. You’ll receive your high-resolution gallery in 2-3 weeks for portraits or 4-6 weeks for weddings, ready to download, print, and share.
